AI training for executives and leadership teams
A working session for leaders who need to make decisions about AI: where it belongs in the business, which initiatives deserve investment, and what their teams need to act on them.
Plan a team trainingWho this is for
CEOs, founders, boards, executive teams, and business unit leaders. No coding background is required.
When this is useful
- Your leadership team needs a shared understanding before committing budget to AI.
- Teams are experimenting, but priorities, ownership, and success measures are unclear.
- You want an executive workshop that ends with decisions your company can follow through on.
What we work through
Understand the capabilities and limits
Discuss generative AI and agents through business workflows. Examine where human review, data access, and reliability change the decision.
Evaluate opportunities in your company
Compare candidate use cases by customer value, operational benefit, feasibility, data readiness, and consequences of errors.
Choose an operating approach
Work through build-or-buy decisions, accountable owners, pilot scope, and the support teams need for adoption.
Agree what happens next
Define an initial set of priorities, the questions still to resolve, and how leadership will review progress.
Working outputs
These outputs are a starting point for scoping. We agree the priorities together before the engagement.
- A working shortlist of AI use cases with the reasoning behind their priority.
- A draft pilot brief with an owner, success measures, and review points.
- A shared set of questions for product, engineering, operations, and external vendors.
Format and planning
A focused executive briefing or an interactive leadership workshop, in English or Turkish, remotely or onsite. The agenda, duration, participants, and fee are agreed after a short scoping discussion.
Before we start
Bring your business priorities, the functions represented, current AI experiments, and one or two decisions you want to make. Examples can be anonymized; confidential data is not needed for the initial discussion.
The experience behind the work
I am VP of Product, AI at Jotform, where I lead the AI Product division. Alongside product and engineering leadership, I contribute to company-wide AI transformation, hackweeks, practical training, and adoption programs. My advisory and training work draws on that operating experience.
My leadership experiencePractical questions
What should a CEO look for in AI training?
Look for a program that connects AI capabilities to your business decisions. The agenda should make room for prioritization, ownership, data constraints, and measurement, and leave the leadership team with a practical next step.
Is this suitable for non-technical executives?
Yes. The session focuses on business and operating decisions. Coding knowledge is not required. Technical tradeoffs are discussed in terms of their effect on cost, reliability, delivery, and team responsibilities.
Can the workshop use our company’s own priorities?
Yes. The agenda is shaped around your business priorities and current AI maturity. We agree which examples can be used and how to keep company information out of tools that have not been approved.
How is executive training different from AI transformation consulting?
Training helps leaders build understanding and make initial decisions together. Transformation consulting goes further into the roadmap, ownership, pilot execution, team enablement, and review of adoption over time.
