We start with the decision or business problem, your current AI maturity, and the teams involved. Depending on the need, the engagement can be an executive working session, a strategy sprint, or ongoing advisory. We agree the scope, outputs, and working rhythm before starting.
Do you work with teams internationally?
I am based in Ankara, Türkiye. Consulting can be delivered remotely or onsite, depending on scope and location. Executive and team training is available in English and Turkish.
