Product leadership and AI transformation
I’m Sabri Berkay Aydın, VP of Product, AI at Jotform. I lead eight teams and approximately 50 people across AI products, engineering, and operations. I also help shape the company’s AI transformation through hackweeks, hands-on training, and adoption programs.
Our work includes Jotform AI Agents, which has approximately 20,000 monthly active users as of September 2026, alongside Jotform’s other AI products and integrations.
Alongside my operating role, I work selectively with founders and executive teams on AI strategy, production AI systems, and adoption. My perspective comes from building products and leading teams through the decisions that turn an AI ambition into everyday business capability.

Helping drive Jotform’s company-wide AI transformation through hackweeks, hands-on training, and adoption programs that help teams turn tools such as Codex into daily operating practice.

Leading review operations that combine automation with human judgment, turning quality, safety, and feedback into an operating system for AI products.

Lead Jotform’s AI Product division: eight teams and approximately 50 people responsible for the company’s AI portfolio, AI transformation programs, and AI/human review operations. I also help shape and execute Jotform’s broader AI vision, working across departments to embed AI into products, workflows, and operations.
- Grew Jotform AI Agents to approximately 20K monthly active users.
- Set product direction for Jotform’s AI journey, including Jotform AI, Jotform AI Agents, ChatGPT and Claude MCP apps, and new experiences spanning multiple models and providers.
- Build the teams and operating model behind Jotform’s AI portfolio through hiring, coaching, hands-on training, Codex enablement, and company-wide AI hackweeks and hackathons.
